Peach was his best, but the apple was something special. Having decided his home made spirits needed more kick (trust me they didn't) he introduced me to his 70% pure apple alcohol spike with chilli mix. Oh man, if the alcohol did not get you the chilli certainly did.

Try it some time, grab your favourite vodka, mix in 3 tablespoons of pure chilli juice and whack in the biggest red chilli you can find for effect, mix it and drink straight - no ice.
