Favourite Arnold Pose

This pose looks good with big arms which is why I used to practise it all the time. It is a pose I saw Arnold Schwarzenegger do and I liked it.

At that time my arms were my strongest point by a long shot so all the poses I did were based around the arms.

This gym had high mirros so I could see myself posing, that made a nice change.
