I just spent all morning writting an article up and for no reason my computer rebooted itself.
No reason that is except I am stupidly running a Microsoft Operating system on it...
THANKS Microsoft for putting out sh1t code on top of sh1t code and forever pushing out new products when you have not even fixed your previous offerings that you sold at monopoly inflated retail pricings when all you has was a Beta product. Oh, I am sorry did that sound a little venoumous? Well the truth as revealed by the Dept. Of Justice and many American courts can hurt sometimes.
A$$holes.
Next reinstall I am installing Ubuntu Linux so I never have to deal with my operating system crashing for no reason except the parent company are not interested in their users because they do not have a choice.
Well guess again now we do have a choice and my choice is Linux.
Oh and for those who did not know Googles "Don't be evil" policy is a poke at Microsoft who are commonly viewed as evil in the computer industry, and their business tactics - "Sell us your product at a massive discount or we will make a Microsoft version and give it away with Windows, either way you loose your business, one way you get some money" are far from good as can be found in court hearing after court hearing ruled against Microsoft.
Now having been a previous compupter professional for years I can say this without bias, I speak the truth, I speak from experience.
When I deliver a brand new computer and I get calls from dissatisfied customers because their new computer does not work
"Hi I bought that comuter from you yesterday and the email spell check does not work, I want it fixed!"
"Sorry you'll have to speak to Microsoft, it has not worked for the last 3 years, maybe if enough people complain they will do something about it"
"I bought the compupter from you, I want you to fix it"
"If you wish I can fix it by installing a Linux Operating System but I am sorry the Windows code is secret and even if I was a top level hacker and could break in and re-write the Windowscode then Microsoft would sue me with the American DMCA laws."
Etc. Every new computer I sent out was broken in some way, regardless of brand as 99% of home use compupters run the Microsoft Windows operating system.
Years of abuse and insider information on how Microsoft ran it's business has left me with a dour outlook on the company and its executives.
