Conan has been very quiet, what has been happening in the East to keep him so quiet?
Work.
What Conan works? Well no, not actually, not in the usual sense....
I have been revising my current 3 eBooks (Gain Muscle Fast, Lose Fat Forever, and the Complete Book Of Bodybuilding) to update and clarify the details. I sent out a questionaire to all previous purchasers of the books and asked for any input, positive or negative, anything they thought could be improved and any benefits that they recieved from the books.
The response has been jaw-dropping. I knew I know what I am talking about but some of the life changes people have made from these books are simply amazing.
Parts that were unclear, or too short are being reworked and the total direction of two of the books is being reworked as i have another 2 eBooks about 75% complete.
To complement this I am writting new pages of benefits and testimonials for the current eBooks so people can know what they are getting is in fact not only great value but life changing information for some of my previous readers, for example:
"the program's diet helped me overwin bulimea.. I'm a healthy, well-eating person now"
There were many more equally outstanding responses that I never expected, I'll put links up as soon as I finish the benefits pages, more people need to read these books than I am selling now, and my new book on eating is going to be a must for many, many people who have tried diet after diet and never succeeded.
Filming of the long delayed Training DVD is about to begin and I have the permission of a fellow I am going to help lose fat to film the progress, if that filming eventuates then that will be a very interesting video to watch.
A mate from Australia gave me some footage of me training back in 2000, the last day of filming I was complaining about feeling weak in my right side - this was the first day I noticed the nerve damage that was to end my wrestling hopes and dreams and put my acting career on the back burner for 5 years. Not to mention smashing me to pieces emotionally.
Some of this old footage will be incorporated into the new training DVD.
Today I was contacted seperately for 2 new movies as well.
One through a well known bodybuilding friend who was asked to play in it too, and the other, a major film by a major studio, found me via the web and contacted my Agent.
Both movies are in genres that are highly suitable to me, so I am very positive about getting work in one or both. Best yet these both seem to have funding and the go ahead so there shouldn't be delays.
There is a 12 week muscle building email course and a 12 week fat loss course coming soon too, the software is installed and tested and the course outlines have been written. Details need to be filled in and they will be up soon.
Oh yes, I have been working on a new website targetted at bodybuilders and athletes. It is not an update of this site and it is not a training website. It is something brand new that no one else has done on the web yet, though there are a few youtubers working towards it. This site will be appreciated by a LOT of athletes.
This will be a another world first brought to you by Conan.
