Life As A Movie Star (This Week)

Tuesday, 28 September 2010

Well another week and a half have past since my last post on this site - what has been happening? How are things progressing? How did the auditions go?

Well my typical day in Thailand goes like this:

  • 6:00 am - Wake up, eat scrambled eggs, check email for movie offers, write my book or this site
  • 8:00 am - Eat eggs and vegetable omlette + 2 coffees
  • 8:15 am - Go to the beach for a 45 minute walk
  • 9:30 am -  Shower. Eat oats and milk then scrambled eggs meal. Do email and look for ways to expand my self promotions over the internet
  • 12:00 pm - Cook a Thai meal of chicken and rice. Eat.. Learn more of the Thai language.
  • 2:00 pm - Eat chicken and rice meal, go to gym for 1 hour to 1.5 hours
  • 3:30 pm - Protein drink and electrolyte drink (you sweat heaps in Thailand)
  • 4:00 pm - Eggs and rice meal. Go to the local farmers markets and buy fresh meat, vegetables, herbs and some fruit. Read a book (work related or history usually) or movie script
  • 6:00 pm - Eat out at a local Thai restaurant (chicken and rice dish). Watch a movie, spend time with girlfriend
  • 8:00 pm - Eat pork steak and fibrous vegetable meal
  • 9:30 pm - Eat scrambled eggs meal
  • 10:00 pm - Hunt and kill mosquitoes. Sleep
  • 2:00 am and 4:00 am get up and eat or have protein drink
One day a week I have been fasting as this helps lose weight quickly.

Rinse , repeat, then do it all again...

.... and continue to wait for some feedback from the last 2 movie auditions.

Wait for confirmation on schedule for the Hong Kong movie, Game of Thrones schedule, anything else schedule.

I did do an interview on the Tall Blog in the last week and a 'review' of me popped up over at Fangoria Fright Fest with a tie in between the Manthing horror movie and the new HBO show (makes me wonder if this article was written by HBO's online marketing department).

I have been told that the original actor chosen for the slasher film in Australia has come back to the negotiating table so it looks like that one is off, a shame. I would have liked to go back and work in Australia. You'd think with all the overseas success that I'd have some sort of name back 'home' - once again I am looking into that and I will be my own publicist and rectify this situation by getting my own name into a bunch of traditional media magazines.

That is my week, pretty much every week. And when next you wish your life was better ask yourself how much are you doing every day to make your life better?
