9 July 2006 Chest Day with Bicep Flex

Well I took about 10 shots and only 2 came out clear - one was this bicep pose.

This is what happens when you ask someone who does not train and is not a photographer to take some pictures.

At least this is better than last time - last time the guy took 6 photos of my face! Idiot
