Are you a self righteous vegetarian? Are you holier than thou? Is it trendy within your (limited) circles to be a vego? Do you consider yourself healthy because you are a vego?
Then have I got some news for you. You are probably protein deficient, lacking essential amino acids, likely suffering vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Why? Because you jumped in without doing your homework....

Your recommended "healthy" ideal weight is a table made up of a list of heights and the weight you "should" be to be healthy. I do not know where the table originated from but I guess it was the medical establishment or some government body, or possibly pulled out of someones' butt.
Now according to these tables I am obese, I think my ideal weight is around 95kg - skinny in fact for me.
Yet a girl I know who eats junk food every meal is considered healthy by her doctor because she weighs in within the ideal weight range for her height...

Going through my logs the other day I found a few people were visiting my site looking for the answer to "How to succeed in life".
Since I am considered by many to be a success (apparently only about 5% of Screen Actors Guild members actually make thier living from acting! That's a lot of unemployed wishful actors) I feel as though I can write a few thoughts, but for this one time I am going to turn over the reigns of intellect to some much better known, much wiser heads as I present How to succeed in life...

Recently a "Personal Development Guru" or Twit, as I prefer, posted an article on his Blog called "10 reasons you should never get a job", encouraging people to quit their day jobs and become creative.
Someone then posted on his forums "Hey Steve I took your advice and quit my job!" then later in the post he said he was really excited but that now he had no money and no income and did not know what to do next. Steve then went on to congratulate him on breaking the chains and gaining freedom, then said go and be creative.
Wow such sagely advice, here's some much better advice:
