Again I have been emailed by my contact in Hong Kong about another few movies casting. If you have been following my personal sage you will have noticed a while ago I was being put up for a HK movie a while back.... apparently that movie is "dead in the water" at this stage.
But...
There are other MUCH MORE interesting things coming up.
One Hong Kong based project that is in the works, and that I have been presented for, is interesting for me because of some of the names involved, which I have been asked not to mention at this time but you can rest assured that working with the correct names can accelerate any actors entry to Hollywood.
The second project that I might be able to work on is said to be shooting in the Phillipines. This is an interesting one for me as it's theme is one that caught my imagination as a teenager in a particular famous movie and to have a chance to emulate my childhood hero - or at least beat up on the emulation - would be like a childhood fantasy come true.
But as you know many, many of these things do not come off, so we have to wait and see.
Additionally on the professional grapevine I hear there is another BIG US movie coming to film here after Streetfighter 2 finishes filming - good news for the actors/stuntmen based in Thailand and who managed to stick out the last 18 months of very little work and even better news for me IF it is a suitable movie for me to work on - regular work - a dream coming true?
