New Bodybuilding Photos

After months of not putting any bodybuilding photos up online I have now pulled my finger out and gotten a few new photos taken today.

First up I was hesitant to put up bodybuilding photos at this point as I have lost a lot of weight over the last 3.5 months due to travel and work commitments and then partying over Christmas and New Years followed by a very recent very low calorie cleansing diet...

... 3 days of eating nothing but watermelon and purified water.

This finished yesterday and today I was on set filming in a new series of International TV Commercials for LG electrical products which I believe will be released in the US and UK markets and probably others as the Director  is very accomplished and his work quite well known.

After filming I went home showered and with a plate of chicken and fried rice at the local eatery I then went ot the gym for a chest and tricep workout.

Here are the results, some new bodybuilding photos of your favourite 7 foot bodybuilder...

Most Muscular

Not looking too big here actually think I look a little skinny, with a big head. Give me a week or so to carb up again and I'll do some more photos, but I have definitely put some muscle on since this time last year when I was dieting for the Bangkok Adrenaline movie.

Side Chest

Even though I have a chest pump in these photos I think my chest is improving, best yet is I can now feel all of my chest when I train it and I can definitely feel the areas lacking in my right side where I had the nerve injury and I am concentrating on rebuilding these areas.

Also this would have to be the leanest I have been since I started training properly again since my recovery. Again I find that once I hit my correct diet and training routine I will quickly pack on some muscle and lose fat.

I have also had about 3 months off the creatine monohydrate now too so starting a loading cycle with that should ad another 3-4 kgs on my frame within a week.

Add in that I have gone back to basics with my training, heavy basic movements with more sets and cables/machines to finish with a pump but still heavy weights for all sets will see a sudden burst in muscle growth as I have not trained in this manner for some time.

In fact my training routine is harkening back to my Pro-Wrestling days as I go all out for maximum strength for a future project in the U.K.

Truth be told today was the first day I went agro (that's Australian for aggressive) and all out in the gym and I got an endorphin rush that I have not had in a long time, I felt extremely good after the workout - so good in fact that I declined to go partying with 3 female friends as I preferred to come home and eat a big clean meal instead, get a good night and get to the gym first thing in the morning.

It's time to stop farting around, time to get serious... real serious.
