Haha! Apparently according to traditional weight training dogma you can only bulk and get big or cut up and loose muscle in the process - Yet again I prove them wrong as I continue to gain muscle and lose fat.

The big gain muscle and lose fat secret that I utilise for this is not so complicated.

Everyone wants to know what drugs I use, how do I grow muscle fast, why do I look so good. They start with the wrong mind set - they want a magic pill that will fix thier body, their mind, their dedication and their diet.

Here is my fat loss secret - it's dedication to my diet. No cheat days, no cheat meals - no excuses. Eat clean natural foods, nothing manufactured or processed. Lean meats, eggs, fish, rice, oats, vegetables and fruits, and yoghurt.

Here is my gain muscle secret I eat regularly, every 2 hours. Clean natural foods, no or little high quality oils just for the stir fry. I do not eat processed foods and recently I changed from white rice to brown rice - it releases slower into your system and is more filling. This causes the insulin levels to remain slightly elevated but without spikes and without the plunges which cause cravings..

I also avoid sugars and empty calories. The worst thing I eat is whole natural eggs, and some chicken legs with skin on (occassionally) as part of a planned intake.

So I am eating more clean food. This also speeds my metabolism, raising my base metabolic rate and burning more calories, leaving me feeling more energetic, so I bounce around and do more things again burning more calories.

Processed foods are loaded with high calorie bad fats (adds excess calories - makes you fat) and/or refined sugars - causing an insulin spike and forcing excess empty carbs into your fat cells.

I never miss a workout, I take plenty of rest. Currently that is 3 or 4 days a week off the gym, but when I am there I have more intensity than everyone else combined - actually since it is a trendy gym there are times when I am using more weight than everyone else combined!

I get in some cardio exercise 

Thats the gain muscle and lose fat secret - eat clean, natural foods, eat red meat every 2nd day and eat some good fats (natural fats in eggs and red meat I believe are good - but not in excess).

Works for me, why not try it too.

Cut all western foods from your diet - milk and bread especially and breakfast cereals they are absolute junk. 

You can gain muscle and lose fat if you want, it is not a fast process but a lifestyle change. You look better, you feel better and you are noticably healthier, you have more endurance, more strength and more vitality.

You enjoy life more. Get to it.
