So you want to gain big muscles as fast as possible?
You really want big muscles or do you just wish you could get big muscles fast? The difference being those that want can achieve, those that wish sit about all day wishing for things that never come because they do not get off their butt and earn it.

Time and time again I get people asking me the same question –

Big Muscle Gains Fast - What Does It Take?
My answer for muscle gain has always been stick to the basics, do your core
exercises (not the 'core' rubbish that Personal Trainers tout these
days) like Benchpress, Squats, Deadlifts, Arm Curls, Skull Crushers,
etc and then eat 6 times a day of clean healthy natural foods.
I have been considering this answer over the last week – even
though it is correct and this will gain big muslce over time there are a lot more details I could add, so I

if I was to start training again as an absolute beginner to make as

I let this run over in my mind, taking notes on my always present
mobile phone whenever a new thought or muscle gaining step became apparent. After
refining and organising the ideas to get big the following report is the outcome. It is
