Muscleman returns - bigger than ever!
It has been a while since I posted any photos of myself in the gym, so in an effort to recitfy that and to satisfy requests from regular readers I took some photos of your favourite Muscleman - me - in the gym yesterday.
Originally I was not going to post these photos as the lighting is terrible but then, what the heck, I'll do some better photos later and put them up too

What is a Muscleman?
Muscleman? Why Muscleman? I use this term instead of bodybuilder today as many of the general public know the term Muscleman rather than bodybuilder.
Muscleman is just a term obviously denoting a man that carries a fair amount of muscle, being a bodybuilder we often get into our own lingo and forget that other people do not know the terms or phrases we use.
Also recently I have been contacted by an Mumbai, India agency with the possibility of working on a Bollywood movie - they found me by searching for a 7 foot tall Muscleman - so to ensure that I am found by other Bollywood movie houses I am using the term more often so that Google and Yahoo pick up on it and I have a greater chance of being found.
But back to the bodybuilding posed photos, with the 7 foot tall muscleman ;)
Standing Relaxed With A Leg Flex
Unfortunately my pants are too tight to pull them up any further so you'll just have to be happy with the amount of leg I am showing here. Standing under a skylight I thought the lighting would be better, I was mistaken.
Most Muscular
Nothing really needs to be said does it? Standard pose though execution may be questionable, my chest has thickened up considerably in the last 6 months as I have been putting a lot more effort into my weak points.
Double Biceps Pose
My arms have hardened up quite well too, though they are starting to seem a little small, especially the triceps - I'll make note and hit them harder for the next 6 months.
Rear Lat Spread
What sort of muscleman would I be without a decent back? Here again I prove that being tall is not excuse for not having a good back.
Big Biceps Photo
Just repeating the double biceps photo as it is everyone's favourite bodybuilding pose, plus I think it is the best photo of the bunch taken yesterday.
I believe that I am starting to look a bit massive now, I better go and eat some protein again.
