Back in Sydney when I was training with a bunch of Kiwi (New Zealand) powerlifters / bodybuilders there was quite a group of us - all very serious....
... Many of the guys had won or went on to win Bodybuilding competitions.
Harry,
who was responsible for me begining deadlifts and proper squats was
also a trainer to several competition winning female powerlifters.
What I never expected was some of those younger members would continue on and do their own thing. Carl Waitoa was one young guy who used to train with us.
