The Big Book of Bodybuilding has been released!

The Big Book of Bodybuilding has been written by Conan Stevens and John Hill with 193 pages of original content written by us collaboratively and drawing upon our combined 42 years of gym, muscle gain, strength training and fat loss experience.

In that time John has put on 108 lbs of muscle (49 kg) and Conan has put on 181 lbs (82 kg) at their heaviest. That is some serious muscle gain.

We have the practical knowledge we have applied it to ourselves, we experimented, tested and measured the results from every training routine, and every diet idea we came across - surprisingly after 21 years each John and I both agree on the same methods to get big, and now we tell you...
