The other day I recieved a call from a modeling agency that I have never heard of before, asking me to come in for a casting (audition) for a job in the sea side town of Phuket (yes, the same one that was destroyed by the Tsunami).
When is the job? 3rd week of April, OK that's fine I am free then. What is the job? A fashion show....

A 7.5 Foot Tall Actor is needed to play Ser Gregor Clegane "The Mountain That Rides" in the TV adaption of the fantasy book series "A Song Of Ice And Fire" by George R. R. Martin.
HBO has purchased the rights to the series as the books are too long and too indepth to be made into a 3 hour movie. Rumour is that it is to be written and exec produced by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss
Gregor Clegane is a huge knight a result of experiments by Qyburn who was working on a master project to build an "undefeatable
champion" . He ordered a massive suit of armor, too huge to
be worn by any human, for this purpose. His extended experiments on
Gregor Clegane seem to factor into the size of his final creation. Gregor Clegane is a demented, sadistic, calculating killer. (Incorrect, see what I get from summarising others websites - see correction in the article)
Now where are they going to find someone who can play a 7.5 foot tall knight?

Just got a call - I have a meeting with the big film studio Baa Ram Ewe (Ong Bak, Tom Yung Goong) set for Christmas day.
Being a Buddhist country here we don't have to worry about the commercialised version of Christmas peddled in the West these days. In fact it is work as normal for the local population....

I just got back from the casting call for a new movie. The casting for it was in fact last Thursday but I was headed to Laos for a week vacation (since cancelled).
I asked my acting agent to chase it up and get me to the casting call no matter what, surprisingly she managed to get me in on a Sunday...

a long time friend and owner of Sydney Dance Company. It seems
that Sydney Dance Company is organising a return of "Berlin" the smash success
modern ballet that I was the inspiration for, and actor in the 80
minute show that toured Australia and New Zealand.

My first possible appearances in an Indian movie and a Korean movie, both these initial appearances would then gain me exposure in those markets and open further opportunities in these areas. Remember Indian Bollywood makes more movies and has a larger audience than Hollywood.
This is a part of my goals - to do a major movie in every major market worldwide.

Today we went shopping for movie costumes and movie props, as you can see all sorts of weird, dangerous and exotic weapons are available from the street stalls of Bangkok.
