Today I went to Baa Ram Ewe, the famous Thai movie studio , for a meeting with the producer, things went well - I have a firm offer to work in this movie...
Baa Ram Ewe Studios
The movie is to be shot and based in Bangkok and is for Thailand cinema release.
The Baa Ram Ewe Producer, Art, wanted to meet with me as they are currently scouting out 2meters+ muscle guys to work in the movie as a gang of heavies - the main opponents in the work with approximately 20+ shooting days for the main characters.

The movie is to shoot in September (same time as Sydney Dance Company is scheduled), as they are seeing me now that only means one thing - I am being considered for the main role in the gang. That reads a main supporting role in the movie :D
This is going to be a little tricky though, finding enough guys to be a 'gang' who are over 2 meters (approx. 6'6" tall) and are muscle guys - maybe I could be a gang of one.... ?
At the meeting, this was not a casting call - the difference being the part was being considered for me, no competition, at a casting call everybody / anybody possibly suitable turns up. Here I was invited. This is what happens when you start to scale the ladder and get known in the local industry.
At the Baa Ram Ewe meeting I did my typical thing. Just acted like I was with a group of friends on a night out, mucking about, being a joker, putting in some martial arts moves to show that I can do them, etc. Basically having fun.

It worked. As I left Art said you are definitely in the movie, don't worry about that.
We got on great, I am looking forward to working with these guys, it'll be fun.
Now to the worst part of the industry..... waiting..... waiting....
